Barry Hobbs Chief Executive Officer
Barry Hobbs' career began in 1978 as an accountant at Albertson's, Inc. In 1982 he became controller of O.C. Tanner's retail division. In 1984 he began his entrepreneurial career as VP of Finance for National Applied Computer Technologies. He joined GTE in 1987 and ran their west coast venture capital arm. Mr. Hobbs was recruited as President and COO of Southern California's largest paging company in 1992, which was merged with MetroCall in 1993. In 1994 Mr. Hobbs founded and operated a financial advisory company providing services and financing for CEOs of high-tech California companies. He joined Ernst & Young in 1998 as a Senior Partner directing the company's Los Angeles-based Center for Strategic Transactions. He next was the senior partner running Ernst and Young's Venture Capital arm. Mr. Hobbs joined Emode.com in 2000 as its COO. He led the buildup of this August Capital (www.augustcap.com ) venture-backed company, raising $9.5 million from angel and venture investors. Emode.com was acquired in 2004 by Monster Worldwide for $93 million. Mr. Hobbs has 23 years experience in venture capital investment, strategic transactions and operations, including successful mergers with public entities. Mr. Hobbs has been successfully brought into several technology companies as a senior executive to help prepare and execute a transaction strategy. He holds a BA from the University of Utah with a major in Accounting.

Bill Woahn Vice President Marketing & Sales
Bill Woahn is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with over two decades experience in providing CEO level strategic services in addition to building marketing and sales teams for high-technology companies. He began his career in the telecommunications industry working for Pactel, then for National Applied Computer Technologies. In 1998 he was hired by the founder of Echo Systems to help build this software companies marketing and sales teams. He then founded and ran InsurQuote (www.insurquote.com), and successfully exited this company through a sale to publicly traded Choicepoint. Bill assisted in the founding of Logoworks (www.logoworks.com), a technology-based graphic design company which was sold to Hewlett Packard. Most recently, Bill has built two additional companies, DriveSafety (www.drivesafety.com) and EverySingleHome (www.everysinglehome.com), both of which are ongoing concerns.

Blake Walker VP of Engineering
Blake joined QSI in 2009 just prior to the acquisition by Beijer Electronics. He has an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah. Blake's 25 plus years of international experience are in the Semiconductor and Material Handling industries. Prior to joining Beijer, Blake lead a worldwide Engineering Team at Applied Materials.

Albert T. VanLeeuwen Chief Financial Officer
Al joined QSI Corporation in 2008 and has a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University (1982) and is a CPA. Al has over 16 years experience serving as the CFO or primary accounting officer for manufacturing and distribution companies including Dynamic Confections, Inc., Bear Creek Foods, Great Basin Companies, and Huntsman Packaging Corporation. His career started at Deloitte & Touche where he worked for nine years as a part of the audit group serving financial institutions and manufacturing companies.

Todd S. Christensen Director of Strategic Marketing
Todd joined QSI in 1996 and has an MBA from Brigham Young University (1991) and a BA in Marketing from Utah State University (1987). Todd has twenty years of experience in high-tech marketing, advertising, promotion, graphic design, web design and web optimization. His industry marketing experience includes software (Qqest Software), entertainment, computers, industrial products (Norton Company) and information system consulting (Ernst and Young).
